The famous and despite its niche-orientation extremely succesful label of
historic music specialist Jordi Savall has found a new distributor. Starting
April 20th, Harmonia Mundi will not only be releasing new albums (the first
one being a recording of Couperins "Concerts Royaux"), but also making
available the extensive, 40-CD back-catalog of Alia Vox. This deal should
give the brilliantly realised recordings a chance of reaching an even wider
audience. The news hasn't been posted on Harmonia Mundi's site, but we'll be
watching next month's news letter for confirmation.
